Returns and Exchanges

I hope you love your purchase, but if you decide to return it, the item must be received by Laura Margaret Design within 5 days beginning on the confirmed delivery date of the item to you. Please also contact me, so that I know to expect the return. I will refund the full purchase price minus the cost of shipping. All returned items must be returned in the same pristine condition in which they were shipped. Any items which have been damaged or altered will not be accepted. All returns must be insured for the full amount of the purchase and packaged carefully so it is not damaged in shipment.

Packaging and Shipping

All items are shipped United States Postal Service fully insured with delivery confirmation. If you need faster delivery service, please contact me at lauramargaretdesign@gmail.com and I will be happy to quote the specific shipping arrangements you request. I currently ship within the United States. Please contact me if you require shipping outside the US. Each jewelry item is packaged in its own branded presentation box.

Clasps and Closures

All clasps are sterling silver. I recognize that some people have difficulty with the small clasps on standard necklace chains. If you feel that it’s too difficult for you to operate it on your own, I am happy to switch a larger clasp for you. Please email lauramargaretdesign@gmail.com for special requests upon purchase of one of my products.

Jewelry Repair

Thewa jewelry is made of glass, but is surprisingly durable given proper care. Please try to avoid dropping it. Once glass is broken, it cannot be healed. Damages to jewelry will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. I hope that you enjoy your piece and don’t experience any damage, however, if that may happen accidentally I am more than happy to take in the piece.
